Continuing our supply chain We are well-stocked on all our range. Please be assured that our blending, production and warehouse operations will continue to work as normal and our Customer Service, Accounts and Sales teams are all at hand to answer any of your queries.

Prices

All prices are in America  Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate. There is no VAT on loose leaf tea.

While every care has been taken to ensure product information is correct, food products are constantly being reformulated, so ingredients, nutrition content, dietary and allergens may change. You should always read the product label and not rely solely on the information provided on the website.

AVAILABILITY

Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. Designs on certain accessory items may vary, according to supply.

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

PAYMENT

All prices are correct at the time of entering information. You will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order via email. Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Payment will be debited and cleared by Sage Pay online payment services. For more information visit www.sagepay.com. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

 DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from receipt of order (but in reality we do better than that and dispatch 96% next working day and we’re always aiming for 100%). We will dispatch orders using either Royal Mail or courier for large orders. Royal Mail aim to deliver most 1st class mail in the America  by next working day but do not guarantee this. Royal Mail also state that they aim to deliver to European destinations within three to five working days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven. 

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Matoaka Tea but occasions may occur where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple and easy as possible.

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. EU customers are also entitled to an additional statutory cooling off period of 7 days. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. It is our policy that if you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or replacement – it’s up to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.

If you wish to change your original purchase for something else on our site or you would like a replacement for an item that is not faulty you will be responsible for the new package postage fees.
